In this special 60 minute seminar, Chris Denwood breaks down the kihon waza from his dojo into what he refers to as the six fundamental pathways. He then explains some of their core principles to show how they may be viewed, practiced, applied and integrated for more holistic karate practice.

Topics include optimum movement mechanics, developing circularity, connecting kihon to kata, moving whilst in-demand, practical applications and associated combative considerations.
